Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Share My Goal ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Share My Goal is a goal tracking app that helps users create goals, choose AI-refined goal versions, submit daily text or photo check-ins, receive AI feedback, and track streaks, statistics, badges, and ranks.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with Google or Apple to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in account and for activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of goals, proof text, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the App, provide AI features, and support your account.

You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, harmful, or violates another person's rights.

4. AI Features

The App uses AI to generate goal versions and feedback. AI output is provided for motivation, organization, and reflection only. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and deciding whether to use it.

AI output is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, employment, safety, or professional advice.

5. Ads, Purchases, and Subscriptions

The App may display ads through Google AdMob. The App may also offer paid features, subscriptions, or purchases through the App Store or Google Play. Store billing, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled by the relevant store provider.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, ads, purchase checks, or account restrictions.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
Do not misuse AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
Do not interfere with the operation of Firebase, Cloud Functions, Gemini AI, AdMob, Sentry, or other service providers used by the App.

7. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or if required by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, permanent storage of content, or that the App will meet every need.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
