Share My Goal ("we", "our", or "the App") helps users create goals, log daily progress, and receive AI-assisted feedback. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, Firebase Authentication processes your user ID, email address, display name, and profile image if provided by the sign-in provider.
Goal data: Goal titles, descriptions, selected refined versions, start and end dates, proof frequency, status, progress, streaks, rank, and statistics.
Daily proof data: Text entries and optional photos you submit as check-ins. Photos may be stored in Firebase Storage under your account.
AI request data: Goal text is sent for AI goal refinement. Check-in text, goal context, and progress metrics are sent for AI feedback generation.
App activity and diagnostics: Firebase Analytics and Sentry may process app events, device information, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
Advertising and purchase data: Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers and usage signals. App Store and Google Play process purchase and subscription transactions.

2. Services We Use

Firebase Authentication: Sign-in and account identity.
Cloud Firestore: Account, goal, proof, statistics, and rank data.
Firebase Storage: Optional proof images uploaded by users.
Firebase Cloud Functions: Backend operations, including account deletion and AI requests. Functions are deployed in the asia-northeast1 region.
Google Gemini AI: Goal refinement and proof feedback are generated through Cloud Functions.
Firebase Analytics: App usage analytics and product improvement.
Sentry: Crash reporting and error diagnostics.
Google AdMob: In-app advertising.
App Store and Google Play billing: In-app purchase and subscription handling.

3. How We Use Information

Provide account sign-in, goal tracking, daily proof logging, statistics, streaks, and rank features.
Generate AI-refined goal versions and AI feedback for check-ins.
Store and display proof text and optional proof images.
Send local reminders and preserve user preferences.
Operate advertising, purchases, subscriptions, and premium access.
Understand app usage, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

4. AI Processing

AI features are optional in the sense that they are used only when you request goal refinement or feedback. The relevant goal text, check-in text, and progress context are sent to our Firebase Cloud Functions and then to Google Gemini AI to generate the requested result.

We do not use your goal or proof content to train our own AI models. Google AI processing is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the App, such as Google Firebase, Google Gemini AI, Google AdMob, Sentry, Apple, and Google Play, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account data while your account remains active. You can delete your account in the App from Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion removes your Firebase Auth account, user document, goals, proof records, rate limit records, and uploaded files under your user storage path. Some backups, logs, analytics, or records required for legal, billing, fraud prevention, or security purposes may remain for a limited period.

7. Your Choices

Delete your account in the App.
Request help with deletion by emailing [email protected].
Control personalized advertising through your device settings.
Manage purchases and subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. Security

We use Firebase security rules, authenticated access, encrypted transport, and provider security controls to protect user data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to limit access and collect only what is needed for the App.
