1. 약관 동의
Viatren(이하 "앱")을 다운로드, 설치 또는 사용함으로써 본 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.
2. 서비스 설명
Viatren은 여행 경비를 추적하고, 다중 통화를 관리하며, AI를 사용한 영수증 스캔 및 여행 보고서 생성 기능을 제공하는 개인 여행 예산 관리 앱입니다. 앱은 데이터를 사용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장합니다.
3. 사용자 계정
앱은 계정 등록을 요구하지 않습니다. 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장됩니다. 기기의 보안 및 데이터 백업에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
4. 인앱 구매 및 구독
- 앱은 제한된 기능의 무료 버전을 제공합니다. 첫 번째 여행은 모든 기능을 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 두 번째 여행부터 일부 기능은 리워드 광고 시청 또는 프리미엄 구독 구매가 필요합니다.
- 프리미엄 구독은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 처리되며, 각 스토어의 약관이 적용됩니다.
- 구독 관리(취소 및 환불 포함)는 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정 설정에서 처리됩니다.
5. 광고
앱의 무료 버전은 Google AdMob에서 제공하는 광고를 표시합니다. 앱을 사용함으로써 광고 콘텐츠가 제3자에 의해 제공되며 해당 제3자의 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됨을 인정합니다.
6. AI 기능
- 앱은 영수증 스캔 및 여행 회고 생성에 Google Gemini AI를 사용합니다.
- 영수증 스캔을 위해 제출된 이미지는 Google의 AI 서비스에서 처리되며, Google 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다.
- AI가 생성한 결과(금액, 카테고리, 보고서)는 제안 사항이며 오류가 포함될 수 있습니다. 정확성 확인은 사용자의 책임입니다.
7. 데이터 및 개인정보
앱 사용은 당사의 개인정보 처리방침의 적용을 받습니다. Viatren은 지출 데이터를 사용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장합니다. 당사는 사용자의 개인 금융 데이터를 서버에 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
8. 지적재산권
디자인, 텍스트, 그래픽, 코드를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 앱의 모든 콘텐츠, 기능 및 기능성은 개발자의 소유이며 관련 지적재산권 법률에 의해 보호됩니다.
9. 금지 행위
사용자는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:
- 앱을 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 역어셈블하는 행위
- 불법적인 목적으로 앱을 사용하는 행위
- 프리미엄 기능 또는 광고 메커니즘을 우회하려는 시도
- 앱의 수정된 버전을 배포하는 행위
10. 보증 면책
앱은 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 당사는 앱이 오류 없이 또는 중단 없이 작동하거나, 환율 및 AI 생성 데이터가 정확할 것을 보장하지 않습니다. 환율 정보는 참고용으로만 제공되며 재정적 결정의 근거로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
11. 책임 제한
법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 환율 정보 또는 AI 생성 데이터에 기반한 재정적 손실을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는, 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적, 우발적, 특수적, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
12. 약관 변경
당사는 언제든지 본 약관을 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 사용하면 업데이트된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 또는 앱 스토어 목록을 통해 공지됩니다.

본 약관은 법률 충돌 원칙에 관계없이 일본 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Viatren ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Viatren is a personal travel budget management application that allows users to track trip expenses, manage multiple currencies, scan receipts using AI, and generate trip reports. The App stores data locally on your device.
3. User Accounts
The App does not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups of your data.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- The App offers a free tier with limited access. Your first trip includes all features for free.
- From the second trip onward, certain features require watching a rewarded advertisement or purchasing a Premium subscription.
- Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
- Subscription management, including cancellation and refunds, is handled through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
5. Advertisements
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that ad content is provided by third parties and is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. AI-Powered Features
- The App uses Google Gemini AI for receipt scanning and trip retrospective generation.
- Images submitted for receipt scanning are processed by Google's AI services and are subject to Google's Terms of Service.
- AI-generated results (amounts, categories, reports) are provided as suggestions and may contain errors. Users are responsible for verifying accuracy.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Viatren stores expense data locally on your device. We do not collect or store your personal financial data on our servers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code, are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent premium features or advertisement mechanisms
- Distribute modified versions of the App
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that exchange rates and AI-generated data will be accurate. Currency conversion rates are provided for reference purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on exchange rate information or AI-generated data.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

利用規約
1. 利用規約への同意
Viatren（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。
2. サービスの説明
Viatren は、旅行経費の追跡、複数通貨の管理、AI を使用したレシートスキャン、旅行レポートの生成機能を提供する個人向け旅行予算管理アプリです。本アプリはデータをお客様のデバイスにローカル保存します。
3. ユーザーアカウント
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。すべてのデータはお客様のデバイスにローカル保存されます。デバイスのセキュリティおよびデータのバックアップはお客様の責任となります。
4. アプリ内課金とサブスクリプション
- 本アプリは機能が制限された無料版を提供しています。最初の旅行ではすべての機能を無料でご利用いただけます。
- 2 回目以降の旅行では、一部の機能にリワード広告の視聴またはプレミアムサブスクリプションの購入が必要です。
- プレミアムサブスクリプションは Apple App Store または Google Play Store を通じて処理され、各ストアの規約が適用されます。
- サブスクリプションの管理（キャンセルおよび返金を含む）は、App Store または Google Play のアカウント設定から行えます。
5. 広告
本アプリの無料版では Google AdMob による広告が表示されます。本アプリを使用することにより、広告コンテンツが第三者によって提供され、当該第三者の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されることを承認したものとします。
6. AI 機能
- 本アプリはレシートスキャンおよび旅行レトロスペクティブの生成に Google Gemini AI を使用します。
- レシートスキャンのために送信された画像は Google の AI サービスによって処理され、Google 利用規約が適用されます。
- AI が生成した結果（金額、カテゴリ、レポート）は提案として提供され、誤りを含む場合があります。正確性の確認はお客様の責任となります。
7. データとプライバシー
本アプリのご利用には、当社のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。Viatren は支出データをお客様のデバイスにローカル保存します。当社はお客様の個人的な金融データをサーバーに収集・保存しません。
8. 知的財産権
デザイン、テキスト、グラフィック、コードを含むがこれらに限定されない、本アプリのすべてのコンテンツ、機能およびその機能性は開発者が所有し、適用される知的財産権法によって保護されています。
9. 禁止事項
お客様は以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします:
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブル
- 違法な目的での本アプリの使用
- プレミアム機能または広告メカニズムの回避の試み
- 本アプリの改変版の配布
10. 免責事項
本アプリは、明示的か黙示的かを問わず、いかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は、本アプリがエラーなく、中断なく動作すること、また為替レートや AI 生成データが正確であることを保証しません。通貨換算レートは参考情報としてのみ提供され、財務上の判断の根拠として使用すべきではありません。
11. 責任の制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、為替レート情報または AI 生成データに基づく金銭的損失を含むがこれに限定されない、本アプリの使用から生じる間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
12. 規約の変更
当社は、いつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用した場合、更新された規約に同意したものとみなされます。重要な変更は、本アプリまたはアプリストアの掲載情報を通じてお知らせします。
13. 準拠法
本規約は、法の抵触に関する原則にかかわらず、日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されるものとします。
