Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your Share My Goal account and associated app data. It is provided as a public account deletion resource for Android and other users.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open Share My Goal.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request shown in the app.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include "Share My Goal account deletion" in the subject line.

We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Data Deleted

Account deletion removes data associated with your Share My Goal account, including:

• Firebase Authentication account information
• User profile and app settings stored for your account
• Goals, goal details, progress, streaks, statistics, and rank data
• Daily proof records and optional uploaded proof images
• Server-side rate limit records linked to your user ID

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, backups, logs, analytics, or dispute handling. App Store and Google Play purchase records are managed by Apple and Google under their own policies.

Active subscriptions are not cancelled automatically when you delete your account. Cancel subscriptions separately through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Processing Time

In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests are reviewed after identity verification and are normally completed within 30 business days.
